Overview
Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll authorize your card. Shortly after, you’ll receive a HIPAA-compliant medical intake form to complete. Once your eligibility is confirmed by Seven Health’s clinical team, we’ll process the authorized payment. If it turns out you’re not eligible for the program, we’ll release the authorization hold, and you won’t incur any charges.
Refund Policy
Once your medical intake form is reviewed and approved by our licensed practitioner, your prescription order will be sent to the pharmacy and we cannot offer refunds. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.

Cancellation Policy – Prescription
Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy by our practitioners are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy – Subscription
Your subscription is either one month or three months with recurrent billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, except if you have already been charged for another month of the current program and the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.
