Using our easy website, you can fill out a short form and get matched with a provider who may recommend a custom treatment plan. If medication is right for you, it can be sent straight to your home.
How does SevenHealth work?
Start by completing your online health form. This helps your provider understand your symptoms and history.
A licensed medical provider reviews your form and decides what treatment fits your needs.
You’ll get your treatment plan inside your patient portal. If a prescription is approved, it ships to you in private packaging.
Do your plans include prescriptions and medications?
Yes. SevenHealth plans include your telehealth visit, e-script medications to the pharmacy (when medically appropriate), and needed supplies.
Medications are only given after a licensed provider reviews your case and decides it’s safe and right for you. Your plan also includes follow-ups and support to help you stay on track.
Do you take insurance?
No, insurance is not required. We provide simple, up-front prices that anyone can understand.
How do I sign up with SevenHealth?
STEP 1:
Choose your program and place your order online. You will receive a link to your medical questionnaire through your patient portal. Fill it out and connect with your provider—no long wait times.
STEP 2:
Once the provider approves your treatment, your medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home from our U.S.–based, FDA-licensed 503A partner pharmacy (arrives in 3–5 business days).
STEP 3:
Enjoy full support during your program. You’ll receive medication, supplies, nutrition tips, and rewards. As a member, you can message your provider or our support team anytime about refills, questions, or dose adjustments.

Can I use SevenHealth if I don’t live in California?
No. SevenHealth can only treat patients who are physically in California. You must provide a California address and confirm that you are located in California during your visit. Prescriptions are only sent to pharmacies allowed to operate within California.

Compounded medications provided through SevenHealth are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA does not test or review compounded drugs for safety or effectiveness. These medications are made by licensed 503A pharmacies for individual patients when an FDA-approved option is not available or not medically appropriate.
Compounded medications are only used when medically necessary and follow all state and federal laws.

How Do I Use My FSA/HSA Card with SevenHealth?

- Submit a receipt: Some plans want a copy of your receipt for approval.
- Reimbursement: You can pay another way and send the receipt to your plan to get reimbursed.
